Through a video article, you can learn about the WPC YP Mentoring Programme, whose objective is to “bridge the generation gap through mentorship networks”. You will gain an understanding of the impact directly engaging with senior industry experts has had on some young professionals. You will also hear from Ambre Eyoum who, together with Vijay Anne, successfully developed and coordinated the 4th WPC Mentoring Programme.
While the 4th edition of the mentoring programme finished in December 2020, the application process will be opened for the 5th cycle early next year. A diverse and empowering WPC Mentoring Programme provides the opportunity to discuss current topics with colleagues from different countries and backgrounds, mentored by the valuable expertise of senior industry experts.
