Since we last met at the unforgettable 6th WPC Youth Forum - Future Leaders Forum held in Saint Petersburg last year, the world has dramatically changed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Through these lines, I would like to send a message of optimism to all the young professionals of the World Petroleum Council.
The contribution of young professionals in the oil and gas industry is needed more than ever. The world is facing unprecedented health and financial crises, while the challenges we had before, such as the energy transition, remain ongoing. For all of this, we need your talent, your commitment, and your know-how to continue advancing towards a more sustainable industry.
